A three-day search for a missing Victorian man has ended in tragedy as police have discovered a body believed to be his.
Matthew, 34, was last seen on Reservoir Rd in Newlyn at around 2pm on Friday.
His family was concerned about his welfare due to a medical condition.

Emergency services spent the weekend searching for Matthew.
On Monday, police found the body of a man in the Leonards Hill area.
They have not yet officially identified the body, but they believe it is Matthew.
The death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
